How your orders/projects are processed
Step 1: GETTING STARTED
Send us your requirements, scope of work, description of your orders/projects via email or contact form here.
Step 2: ANALYSIS
We study your requirements, consider the scope of work, discuss with you what need to be more detail. We will then get into mutual Service-Level Agreement (SLA) with you and will finally send you the quotation.
Step 3: KICK OFF
Once everything is mutual agreed you should be able to place your orders by sending a Google Drive or Dropbox links via email. We will then confirm the number of files received as well as the edit level & turnaround time.
Step 4: IN PROGRESS
Your orders will be processed within turnaround time, if there is anything need your confirmation such as aditional charge for decluttering items if required. We will get back to you to get your confirmation before proceeding.
Step 5: DONE
The processed orders will be returned to you within the turnaround time.
