It is dependent on the service you are requesting. Number of trial outputs are available as below:

Photo Editing: 05 processed images
Video Editing: 01 processed video
Virtual Staging: 01 virtually staged image
Virtual Renovation: 01 virtually renovated image
Architectural Visualization: 01 rendered image for your completed project.

For Photo Editing, the standard turnaround time is 12 hours.
For Video Editing and Virtual Staging, the standard turnaround time is 24 hours
For Virtual Renovation, Architectural Visualization and Architectural Animation, delivery time will be customized for each project.

Turnaround time can be extended depends on the actual scope of work and the difficulty of the request. For each and every order, our Customer Service department will announce the turnaround time in the “Order confirmation” email.

In this situation, “Rush order” would be an excellent option for you. With a slight additional fee, your order will be prioritized, and the turnaround time could be cut in half.

Once you contacted us about your orders. We will construct a folder on Dropbox and share access to your email.

We will have a folder called “To Process” where you could upload your order daily. And the results will be delivered to you in another folder called “Processed.”

Put all of your feedback directly on the output file on Dropbox and send us an email notice. Alternatively, you could email us the feedback details at info@twg-studio.io

Note: Please keep in mind that any feedback must be submitted within 5 working days after receiving the output. After this time, the orders will be discarded from our system.

At TWG Studio, service quality is the most important criterion. We ensure the highest quality by adhering to the following criteria:

Each customer will be assigned a specialized production team, who will deeply understand your style and specifications.
Before delivering to a customer, all output will be run through a Quality Control, who is in charge of guaranteeing a consistent quality. In this last phase, the moderation will be handled by our top-tier experts.

At TWG, each output represents a completed graphic product. Depending on the service you use, output format can either be .png, .jpg, .mp4, .tif, etc.
In the case where we export multiple versions of one completed product, they will be classified as one output only. Example: Same photo delivered in full size version and web-compressed version.
Output is also the counting unit for our pricing system.
