About TWG Studio
Founded in 2018 lead by Selena, TWG Studio began with a small team of people from technology, architecture, photographer, videographer, and post production backgrounds including talented Vietnamese editors who had opportunities to access the international creative industry.
From the beginning, our ambition has been simple: to create a meaningful bridge between Vietnamese creative talent and the global media market. We want capable professionals in Vietnam to have the opportunity to work internationally, develop their skills, and be recognized for the quality of their work.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support businesses around the world with reliable, high-quality media production solutions that balance precision, consistency, cost efficiency, and performance.
We understand that our clients are not simply purchasing post production, or visual content services. They are trusting us with their deadlines, their reputation, and ultimately their own clients.
That is why we believe our real product is not just the work we deliver — it is reliability, consistency, and peace of mind.
Our Culture
The name TWG — The Wild Geese reflects the way we believe a strong teamwork spirit.
Like wild geese flying in v-shape together over long distances, we believe people achieve more when they support one another, share responsibility, and move toward a common destination.
This philosophy shapes both the way we work internally and the way we work with our clients. We aim to operate not merely as an outsourced service provider, but as an extension of our clients’ teams — understanding their standards, protecting their interests, and helping them succeed over the long term.

The Wild Geese story
When you see geese flying along in “V” formation, you might consider what science has discovered as to why they fly that way. As each bird flaps its wings, it creates an uplift for the bird immediately following. By flying in “V” formation, the whole flock adds at least 71 percent greater flying range than if each bird flew on its own.
People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going more quickly and easily because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.
When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the drag and resistance of trying to go it alone — and quickly gets back into formation to take advantage of the lifting power of the bird in front. If we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay in formation with those people who are headed the same way we are.
When the head goose gets tired, it rotates back in the wing and another goose flies point. It is sensible to take turns doing demanding jobs, whether with people or with geese flying south. Geese honk from behind to encourage those up front to keep up their speed.
What messages do we give when we honk from behind? Finally — and this is important — when a goose gets sick or is wounded by gunshot, and falls out of formation, two other geese fall out with that goose and follow it down to lend help and protection. They stay with the fallen goose until it is able to fly or until it dies, and only then do they launch out on their own, or with another formation to catch up with their group.
If we have the sense of a goose, we will stand by each other like that.
OUR HISTORY
2018 - TWG establishment
We started to work as a group of freelancers named The Wild Geese (TWG) which includes some disadvantaged members, we have been supporting each other in media industry to develop our career toward raising the disadvantaged communities.
2019 - TWG started to work globally
We served several global clients in America, Australia and some other countries in Europe.
2021 - TWG is well-known in Brisbane, Australia
We have some big clients in Brisbane where our photo editing styles became well-known in the real estate in Brisbane, Australia.
2022 - TWG Studio officially established
We formally registered as a limited company named The Wild Geese Studio Co.,Ltd.
Since then we've been growing steadly.
